Holy Cannoli Cream Pie

Ice box pies are great for make-ahead desserts. This Holy Cannoli Cream Pie is one no-bake treat that will have everyone raving. This recipe makes 2 pies in no more than 5 steps, so you'll be in and out of the kitchen in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 ounce almonds, toasted
  • 4 ounce chocolate chips
  • 2 ounce cherries
  • 2 pie shells, baked

Instructions

  1. Blend pudding mix with milk, cream cheese and almond extract. Mix until combined.
     
  2. Add almonds, chips, and cherries. Mix to combine.
     
  3. Divide into pie shells and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate chips.  Let set in refrigerator.
