Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons Kahula or other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 ounce semisweet chocolate square
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon kahula
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients except chocolate topping ingredients in a mixer; beat at HIGH speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.

Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed with a dry center. Cool 5 minutes before coating with chocolate topping.

Prepare chocolate topping: Combine sour cream, chocolate and sugar in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts.

Remove from heat and stir in Kahula and vanilla; cool.

Carefully spread chocolate topping on top of cheesecake.
