Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. key lime juice (or regular lime juice, approx. 4 limes)
- Graham cracker crust
Instructions
Beat eggs until foamy. Mix in milk. Add lime juice slowly and beat until just mixed in. Pour into crust. This doesn't need to be cooked unless you are afraid of Salmonella, then you can cook for 15 min. at 350F. Chill at least 3 hr then top with Cool-Whip, whipped cream, etc.
