Mango Custard Pie
Ingredients
- Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry and bake at 400 F for 5 min.
- Remove from oven and fill with the following prepared custard
- mixture.
- 2 cups mango puree
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs beaten
Instructions
Return to oven (350 F) and bake for 30 min more.
