    Mango Custard Pie

    Ingredients

    • Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry and bake at 400 F for 5 min.
    • Remove from oven and fill with the following prepared custard
    • mixture.
    • 2 cups mango puree
    • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
    • 1/4 cup sifted flour
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 eggs beaten

    Instructions

    Return to oven (350 F) and bake for 30 min more.
