No Bake Pumpkin Pie
When it's Thanksgiving time, the last thing you want to worry about is having enough room in the oven for dessert...so why not do a No Bake Pumpkin Pie? Easy pumpkin pie recipes like this will make your holidays much less stressful.

Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1 package (5.1-ounce) vanilla flavored instant pudding
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 1/2 cups (about 8 ounces) thawed whipped topping
- 1 prebaked graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
- Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice in small mixer bowl. Blend with wire whisk or electric mixer (low speed) for one minute.
- Fold in 2 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm.
- Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.
