Nutmeg Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/4 cup sugar (brown or granulated)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 package of frozen peaches
Instructions
- Melt margarine in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Mix baking powder, 1/4 c. sugar, flour, and milk together.
- Pour over margarine. Mix cornstarch, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and peaches in a saucepan
- Bring to a boil, pour over ingredients in casserole, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
