Pumpkin Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 lg eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 c butter, melted
  • 1 tb flour
  • 1/2 c pumpkin, mashed
  • 1/2 tb vanilla
  • 9" unbaked pastry

Instructions

Yield: 8 Servings. Heavy cream, whipped Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cream butter, flour, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix until well blended and smooth Pour into pastry crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until firm. Decorate with whipped cream and chill if desired.
