    Quick Pie Crust Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 200g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
    • 5 tabs firm butter or margarine
    • 1 egg yolk plus 1 tablespoon water or 2 tablespoons water

    Instructions

    Place unsifted flour and butter in food processor and process until like breadcrumbs. With food processor running, add egg yolk and a little water or water only until pastry balls of its own accord and sits above the blades of the machine. Note: Butter can be increased to 125g and omit water.

    so how do i use bisquick to make a piecrust,ie just use water?? Or take my unopened box of Bisquick and get the Jiffy pie crust in a box.
