- 2 9 Inch Pie Crust
- 3 pound Sweet Potatoes
- 4 cup Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter

Preheat the oven to 400F.
