Bolognese Pizza with Fresh Basil
"Pizza, pizza!!!! How I love you! I really enjoy making pizza dough. It’s easy, fun and the results surpass, by far, any pizza you can order in. You have to work a little for good quality food, but I assure you, there is no comparison to be made between ordering a pizza and making your own. Making pizza dough for the first time may be intimidating, but you will realize very quickly that the process is super simple. You simply mix water with sugar and yeast, let it bloom, then you add it to your flour, salt and oil, stir, form the pizza dough, knead a couple of times and let it rest! Yes, that’s IT! Simple right?"
