"My friends and family know I try my hardest to make better choices about the food I eat and the food I feed them. Many years ago I earned the name, “Homemade Lady.” This title was awarded to me because I was making most of the food for friends and family from scratch. Even though I am not the same “Homemade Lady” I was 20 years ago, I still rely on nutritious and delicious ingredients in all of my recipes."

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Pizza Dough Balls
  • 1 pound Sliced Mozzarella
  • 1 pound Baked Ham, Sliced
  • 24 ounce Cottage Cheese, 1%
  • 2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, Melted
  • Parmesan Cheese for Topping
  1. Thaw your dough

  2. Mix cottage cheese with Italian Seasoning and garlic powder

  3. Split each dough ball in to two pieces

  4. Flour your surface

  5. Roll each ball in a rectangle approx 10 x 8

  6. Spread ½ cup cottage cheese lengthwise on ½ of dough
