Finding a low-carb and healthy way to eat favorite dishes like pizza on a diet can mean the difference between breaking your diet and making healthy choices. Our variation on cauliflower pizza is easier than most. Traditional crusts: meet your competition. Cauliflower crusts are here to stay. The flavor isn’t overpowering, which allows the juicy tomato and the melty cheese to really shine through. For this version, I didn’t add any other toppings aside from cheese but feel free to add pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, and more to suit your tastes.
