"Did somebody say pizza? yay! I´m a sucker for pizza and these Spanish Mini Pizzas with Artichoke Hearts & Goat Cheese are no exception. Loaded with flavors, beyond easy to make and done in under 30 minutes. You can serve these mini pizzas as one regular sized pizza, but I like to serve them in handheld portions. The perfect appetizer for cocktail parties, family get-togethers or just for a friday night pizza hangout. To make these mini pizzas I used a store-bought premade pizza dough, folks this is all for convenience, we don´t always have time to make everything from scratch."
