"This Spicy Italian Sausage Roll is something akin to a rolled-up pizza without the marinara sauce. Sure, you could serve marinara on the side for dipping…but it doesn’t need it. We devoured this sausage roll at about 11pm one night after a late-shift on the curling ice. And lemme tell ya–a cold beer and a hot Spicy Italian Sausage Roll never tasted so good! (I usually skip dinner on the nights that I curl.) Do give this one a shot…it’s delicious! And you could easily adapt it with your own favorite fillings. Enjoy!"
