Veggie Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury pizza crust dough
- olive oil
- 1 pint light sour cream
- 1/2 pint softened cream cheese
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
- various colorful chopped raw veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, tomato,
- carrot slivers, celery and green onion.
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
Instructions
1. Start with refrigerated pizza crust dough. Spread out in pan. lightly brush edges with olive oil and bake in 350 oven until golden brown. Cool.
2. Combine light sour cream with softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Spread over top of pizza crust.
3. Top with various colorful chopped raw veggies, I use broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot slivers, celery and green onion. You can also add cheddar cheese and cubed cooked ham.
