Name: Beet and Horseradish Relish / Cwikla
Ingredients: 2 pound cooked beets; 2 TBS horseradish sauce; 1 ts sugar

Whirl ingredients in blender until coarsley chopped. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2 days to blend.
