Beet and Horseradish Relish
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked beets
- 2 TBS horseradish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Mix ingredients in blender until coarsely chopped. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2 days to blend.
