Blackberry Alcohol
Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup water
- 1 bottle ever-clear alcohol (180 proof or higher)
Instructions
Combine blackberries, honey and water in saucepan and bring to boil. Cover and let simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add this to ever-clear in a large glass jar. Place in sun for 2 weeks.
