Paczki Filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherry preserves (or any other flavor)
- 16 ounces applesauce
- 2 tsps cornstarch
Instructions
Combine cherry preserves, applesauce, cornstarch in small saucepan. cook over medium heat and stir until mixture is thick, then chill. Use this chilled fruit mixture for filling. Dust with confectioners sugar.
