Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.

Place pork chops in the pan and brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes per side.

Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

Add the butter to the pan and melt. Add the garlic, brown sugar and oregano and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

Place the pork chops back in the pan, place in the oven for 10 minutes.
