Canadian Peameal Bacon Roast Dinner

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. Canadian Peameal Bacon Roast
  • 1/4 jar black current jelly
  • 1 cup sherry

Instructions

Place bacon roast in greased pan. Cover roast with black current jelly. Coat with 1 cup sherry. Roast in oven approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350F. Baste often.
