Denver Quiche

Fans of the Denver omelet will be happy to see it turned into a recipe for quiche. Denver Quiche is made with ham and cheese, of course, as well as a pre-made pie crust. This quiche serves six people and is a great addition to a brunch or luncheon menu. Not only is this quiche tasty, but it's pretty, too. The bell peppers add little pops of color here and there to make this dish pretty as a picture.

I like quiche. My husband loves quiche Lorraine so usually that is the kind I make. But, sometimes a different kind would be lovely. This fits the bill. My daughter doesn't really care for it so it is just two of us eating the quiche. Quiche warms up well, either in the oven or in the microwave.
