Easy Smoked Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. package smoked kielbasa or other Polish type sausage
  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into slivers
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Combine all vegetables and seasonings into a sauce pan and simmer on low heat until onions and peppers are soft and tender. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch slices, on the diagonal and add to tomato mixture, heat through and serve.
