Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable (or peanut) oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy
  • 2 tablespoon catsup or, better, your favorite barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cidar vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops, 1-inch thick or better

Instructions

Marinate chops several hours or overnight. Grill 10 minutes per side, until register 150-155 degrees for medium or 160-165 for well done.
