Pork Chop Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 oranges
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbs butter

Instructions

Coat chops with seasoned flour. Heat butter and brown well on both sides. Arrange chops in shallow dish. Combine sugar, ginger rind and juice of 1 orange. Pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 375 F. 45-50 mins. Turn chops during cooking add water if necessary. Serve with orange slices, baked potatoes and peas.
