Pineapple Orange Glazed Ham

Looking for a baked ham recipe that will please the in-laws? Then try Pineapple Orange Glazed Ham for a sweet and sugary delight. Coated with pineapple juice and brown sugar it leaves a great brown glaze that tastes even better than it looks.

Ingredients

  • 3 pound ham
  • 1 can pineapple rings in juice, drained, reserve liquid
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
     
  2. Place ham on rack in baking pan. Score surface of ham to create a diamond pattern, if desired.
     
  3. Combine pineapple juice, Grand Marnier, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Spoon over ham.
     
  4. Bake and baste every 20 minutes. Bake 45 min. Arrange pineapple slices on top of ham, sprinkle with tbsp of Grand Marnier and bake 15 minutes longer.
