Pineapple Orange Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 3 pound ham
- 1 can pineapple rings in juice, drained, reserve liquid
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place ham on rack in baking pan. Score surface of ham to create a diamond pattern, if desired.
- Combine pineapple juice, Grand Marnier, brown sugar, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Spoon over ham.
- Bake and baste every 20 minutes. Bake 45 min. Arrange pineapple slices on top of ham, sprinkle with tbsp of Grand Marnier and bake 15 minutes longer.
