Super Easy Pork Chops & Onions

Ingredients

  • Brown two thick centercut pork chops in a bit of oil in a large
  • cast iron skillet. Pour in 1/2 bottle of beer (Heinekin is nice)
  • and two thinly sliced onions. Season with salt and pepper and a
  • couple shakes of tabasco or other pepper sauce. Cover pan (foil
  • is okay) and put into preheated 375F oven for an hour or so. Stir
  • in one tablespoon mustard and cook another 15 minutes. UNcover
  • and let onions finish caramelizing. To serve: Turn porkchop over
  • on plate (brown shiny side up) and cover with gravy and onions.
  • Done.
