Tex-mex Carnitas

Tex-mex Carnitas
"Our homemade carnitas cook up like magic on the stove top. The pork turns out so tender and as it cooks down, the fat from the pork melts and then fries itself. You'll end up with tender, succulent bits of shredded pork with crispy edges. We use this to make tacos or burritos and everyone asks for the recipe. The pork cooks in citrus juices which add a bright flavor to the meat. Total perfection."
