Ingredients
- 13 ounce boneless pork shoulder
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon onions
- 3 lemongrass stalk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions

Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 5 minutes before cooking.

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all other ingredients in a food processor and purée until smooth and transfer to a large bowl.

Marinate pork slices in the purée mixture for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Thread pork loosely onto skewers.
