Ingredients
- 6 cup cooked and shredded potatoes
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery, carrots, and onion. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 4 hours (the longer it sets, the better it tastes).
