Bratwurst Sausage Recipe, Sheboygan Style

Ingredients

  • 4 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground veal, chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1 onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon mace

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Then either stuff into natural casings or make into patties and cook like burgers
