Italian Sausage
Ingredients
- 2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsps fennel seeds
- 4 tsps oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 pounds pork shoulder
Instructions
Cut the pork into 1 1/2" cubes. Sprinkle combined seasoning on pork and toss to distribute. Grind. Shape sausage into patties.
