Pickled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6-8 oz jar jalapeno peppers
- 6-8 oz jar hot banana peppers
- 1 cup white distilled vinegar
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 medium bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon mixed pickling spices
- 4 cups water
Instructions
Combine ingredients, cover and refrigerate 3-4 days.
