Polish Pickled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion or sliced onion
- 1 bay leaf, optional
Instructions
Bring this mixture to a boil. Cool and place in a glass jar with tight fitting lid. Hard boil your eggs, and peel them. Place them in your brine and let them sit for at least 4 days.
