Apple mint Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 pkt/bottle pectin (enough for 1.2 L of liquid)
- 600ml crisp apple juice
- 600ml white or cider vinegar
- 4 cup sugar
- sprigs of mint plus 3 Tbsp chopped mint
- food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Bring juice, vinegar, and mint (can be tied in a bundle) to a boil and boil 5 minutes. Sprinkle on pectin and stir until dissolved. Boil 5 more minutes.
