    Blackberry Peach Jam

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups crushed blackberries
    • 2 1/2 cups chopped peaches
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • about 4 cups sugar
    • Sure-jel light pectin

    Instructions

    Follow any basic cooked jam recipe and BWB for 10 minutes at the end. Yield is about 6 cups. Since these fruits are not in season at the same time I freeze some peaches and thaw them for use in this. If you forgot or were too busy making peach sorbet (like I did this last year) use canned peaches. Just drain the syrup off and have at it.
