Canned Salsa
Ingredients
- 8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 8 onions, peeled and chopped
- 8 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 green peppers, peeled and chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 Tbsp pickling salt
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp red chili peppers (dry crushed red peppers)
- 3 can tomato paste (small ones)
Instructions
Combine vegetables adn vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer for 1 hour. Add sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, peppers and tomato past. Boil for 5 minutes. Bottle and seal.
