Chive Blossom Vinegar

Ingredients

  • Fill a clean glass jar half full of mature chive blossoms which
  • have not started to fade. Fill the jar with white distilled vinegar,
  • covering all the blossoms. Cap with a non-metal lid and set in
  • the sun for 2 to 3 weeks. Strain the liquid and dilute with more
  • vinegar if too strong. Decant into decorative bottles.
