Freezing Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Place the desired amount of washed tomatoes on a cookie sheet and
- place in freezer. When completely frozen, put in freezer bags and
- store. These are great to use because as they defrost, the skins
- slip right off.

I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DROP THEM IN HOT WATER OR SOMETHING AND REMOVE THE SKINS
