Green Taco Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 qt green toms. finely chopped (save juice)
- 1 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp pickling salt
- 1/2 tsp each black pepper and cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and simmer 2 hrs. Pour into blender, process till smooth. Taste and correct seasoning. Can as usual (process boiling water bath 10 minutess) Can be frozen if preferred or have large enough freezer.
