Half Sour Dill Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp pickling spice
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 qt water
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 12 garlic clove
- 25 cucumbers, small, washed
- 3 dill sprigs
Instructions
Combine the pickling spice, vinegar, water, salt, garlic, and cucumbers in a stockpot and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat; remove the garlic and add the fresh dill. Allow the pickles to marinate in the brine at least overnight. Serve when the flavor is fully developed.
