Horseradish Jelly
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely grated horseradish
- 1/2 cider vinegar
- 6 oz. liquid pectin
- 3 c. sugar
Instructions
Cook sugar, horseradish and vinegar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add pectin and stir. Boil one minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim foam. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
