Hot Peppers
Ingredients
- Wash and cut up peppers, taking most of the seeds and ribs out.
- Put cut-up peppers in a large container, then add brine, set lid
- on top and weigh down with something heavy. Let stand over night.
- Pack in pint jars. In each pint put:
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- 2/3 jar brine
- fill rest of jar with olive oil
Instructions
Process with boiling water bath. Brine 3 quarts cider vinegar 1 quart water 1 cup salt for 2 quarts of cut up peppers use: 6 cups vinegar 4 cups water 1 cup salt
