Lavender Vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 bottle white wine vinegar (16oz)
- 4 ounces lavender buds (preferably fresh)
- 32 ounces jar or wide mouth bottle with plastic or glass top
Instructions
Lightly pack lavender into jar. Add vinegar. Cap. Place in sunny window for 3-4 weeks. Shake jar every 3-4 days. Strain out lavender. Place vinegar in plastic, cork or glass stoppered bottle.
