"How to make a small batch of peach jam. This has vanilla extract and bourbon or whiskey to bring out the vanilla flavor. This is an easy recipe that's perfect for beginners. You can store the jam in the fridge or freeze it or can it for later. Eat it on toast or in plain yogurt for a natural flavor. I use it to make desserts or add to homemade vanilla ice cream. The alcohol is optional, so omit if desired. "
