Persimmon Freezer Jam
Along with helping regulate the digestive system and treating hemorrhoids, persimmons are delicious to eat and very flavorful. Why not make them into a freezer jam to put on all of your baked goods? With only two steps this persimmon freezer jam recipe is sure to be a favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 cups persimmon puree
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon peel
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and boil at low temperature for approximately 20 minutes or until thickened.
- Pour into sterilized jars & seal. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
