Pickled Banana Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canning salt
- 3 pints vinegar
- 1 pint sugar
Instructions
Pierce cleaned peppers all over with a sharp knife and place in canning jars. Heat ingredients, but do not boil. Pour over peppers and seal with hot lids. NOTES : Use banana peppers, hot wax, jalepenos or a mix of all.
