Pickled Banana Peppers

Ingredients

  • After washing, but leaving stems in tact, pack peppers tightly in
  • quart jars. Add 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • and then fill the rest of the way with boiling white vinegar.

Instructions

Cap and process in a water bath for 20 minutes. Note: Add a clove or three of garlic in the jar with the peppers.
