"This pickled dilly beans recipe is my go-to recipe as it has the perfect tartness with a hint of garlic. The first time that I enjoyed these dilly beans is when my niece made them. She made a bunch one year and gave them as Homemade Christmas Gifts. Now I use this recipe every year. Dilly Beans with and without Spice Sometimes, I make this with a bit of spice and sometimes, I make it without. I like using the beans with a little spice in my Bloody Mary. The dilly beans without spice are perfect for snacking. This recipe is perfect for me and my family, not too spicy and the beans stay nice and crisp. "
