Preserved Lemons
Ingredients
- 4 lemons or limes
- sea salt
- olive oil
Instructions
Citrons Confits. Yield: 8 servings. Cut the lemons or limes in sections. Sprinkle with sea salt and let stand 12 hours. Put them in a hermetically sealable container, cover them with olive oil and seal. Let stand 15 days in a cool place. They will keep in a cool place for 2 months.
